From the moment I met Nikita and Yihui, I knew this couple had a vision for their pre-wedding shoot that was a perfect blend of art, luxury, and beauty. They wanted every detail to reflect their exquisite taste and their love for the fine things in life. And Lake Como, with its enchanting landscapes and glamorous reputation, was the perfect backdrop for their masterpiece.

From the majestic Duomo of Milan where they danced at sunrise, to the streets of Como, to the magnificent Villa Balbiano – a timeless and luxurious venue with a history as rich as the couple’s love, these backdrops provided a backdrop that was nothing less than extraordinary.

As I stood at the edge of Lake Como, my heart was filled with sweet anticipation. This was a couture experience for a couple who deserved nothing but the absolute best in life. They were talented creatives in their own rights and I felt privileged to be able to create something truly extraordinary for them. I worked together with the incredible wedding designer Sarah Park Events to nail Nikita and Yihui’s looks and this is one out of the five mood boards we created to land everyone on the same vision.

As a photographer, my goal was to capture their essence and bring their vision to life through my lens. I wanted every photograph to exude elegance and evoke a sense of old-world charm.
